Everything governing your use of WA Console, in one place. These pages are public and stay public — message recipients, prospective customers and Meta's app reviewers can read them without an account.
WA Console is operated by Drasken Labs Private Limited as a Tech Provider on the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.; we are an independent provider and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta.
Our policies
Privacy Policy

Data Deletion
Effective 31 July 2026 · v1.1
How to delete data held in WA Console — your account, your organisation, your contacts, your message history, or the connection between your WhatsApp Business Account and this platform. Every route below is free, and none of them requires you to talk to a salesperson.
Acceptable Use Policy
Effective 31 July 2026 · v1.0

Cookie Policy
Effective 2 August 2026 · v1.1
Exactly what WA Console stores in your browser, why, and how long it lasts. Everything the console needs to work uses local storage, not cookies. Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them, and you can change your mind at any time. No advertising cookies, ever.
Support & Contact
Effective 31 July 2026 · v1.0
How to reach Drasken Labs Private Limited about WA Console — which address to use, what to include so we can help on the first reply, how quickly we respond, and what to do when the problem sits with Meta rather than with us.
